Water Mill
"We are writing on behalf of Christopher Gaynor, of C. Gaynor Construction Services LLC. We HIGHLY recommend him for the renovation of your property.
We own a six bedroom home in Water Mill. We first met Chris nearly three years ago when one icy winter Sunday morning we discovered that the window of our master bathroom had fallen to the ground leaving a gaping hole in the wall. A good friend of ours gave us Chris’ phone number. Although he had never met us, Chris drove over immediately and built a temporary patch to cover the hole.
Since then we have used Chris for a number of repairs on the house. The largest project to date was the renovation of our roof this spring. There was extensive damage to our roof due to the culmination of several snowstorms and record low temperatures. Chris was very skilled at managing the various subcontractors. He gave us frequent updates, answered emails promptly, finished the project in a timely manner and came in under budget. Our property was kept very neat with a huge dumpster that was regularly emptied. Chris even took special care to ensure that our B&B Italia sofa (which we jokingly refer to as our fourth child) was fully protected throughout the entire construction.
Chris is also willing to help us with the tiniest of projects such as touching up spots on our walls, hanging up paintings, and fixing our circuit breakers. Once we got locked out of the house and Chris came by to let us in. He has become a wonderful family friend and our three little boys have enjoyed several “VIP tours” of the Southampton fire station where Chris is a volunteer firefighter."
